Introduction

Would you like to join me for Deepak Chopra's 21 days, daily guided meditation journey to attract abundance and goodness into your life in the form of comfort and ease, peace, joy, love - anything you desire?

It's free to participate and each day I'll be sending you a task followed by a short 15 minute meditation.

I look forward to a miraculous three weeks together!

Guidelines

Every morning by 9 AM I will publish a daily task that
consists of: a writing task + audio track and meditation in English.

All members must find the time (as challenging as it may be) to meet the task for themselves and the group as a whole.

The basic rules for the group are:

1. Please respond here only to the given tasks. Please keep all other correspondence outside this group.
2. Upon receiving the task, you'll have 24 hours to complete it.
3. If you have any questions, please send them to me in private.
4. Try and be present and with maximum awareness at the moment when you do the task. Guard this time as precious.
5. Each task will be sent at 9 AM and must be completed by 9 AM the following morning.
6. If a task is not completed in time, please exit the group. It's not personal. It's just a very focused and targeted challenge.
7. Once completed please reply with DONE.
8. You may leave the group at any time should you feel it's not for you.

Dear friends

Welcome aboard the 21 Days Abundance Challenge group. This challenge originates with Deepak Chopra.

It is said that all it takes is 21 days to make a change in how we think and what energy we attract. It's up to us!

Abundance is at the very nature of life. There is more than enough in the world for each one of us and there is more than enough to share with others.

The practice is usually about 15 minutes of a guided meditation and an abundance excercise that you'll go through. It will take you about 20-25 minutes to do it all.

Please make sure you're taking care of yourself while you do this practice. Do it in a comfortable space, use your breath and intention.

And appreciate yourself for doing this practice because it is a challenge and will be felt as a challenge, because of the constraints and restrictions we have put on our mind through the course of our life.

Of course every day, the biggest challenge is that you need to go beyond your boundaries.

When you set your intention for the next 21 days, also put your intention on abundance of time, joy, and abundance of inner strength. Also call forth your vital force and your breath.

Set your intention that you will be able to complete this challenge for the entire 21 days. Not only the practices but all the challenges in whatever form they take.

As with any activity or new endeavor, there will be ups and downs and times you need to push through more, just know that and ride the wave and trust each other here that everything that happens will be harmonious and we will grow both individually and as a group.
