Non Violent Communication
An exercize I did (in Feb 2019) keeping in mind a dear friend I had quarreled with a year before, this lovely exercise taught by a lovely lady left me in tears.
It teaches us to identify our painful and joyful needs and feelings and to consider a person we are upset with or having trouble getting to understand as a part of us.
